Kathmandu: The U.S. Embassy in collaboration with the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Nepal) organized a one-day workshop with business and government leaders to promote sustainable economic development in Nepal.
The topics discussed focused on Nepal’s business environment and investment policy initiatives.
Entrepreneurs, executives, business association representatives, development agencies, think tanks, and government officials including all key stakeholders participated the event.
The event was also an opportunity for the U.S. Embassy to demonstrate support for increased U.S. business investment and engagement in Nepal.
The event also highlighted the new and rapidly growing American Chamber of Commerce in Nepal (AmCham Nepal), which is working to support the U.S.-Nepal trade and investment relationship.
