Kathmandu: The number of people infected with Corona virus (Covid-19) in the Kathmandu Valley has exceeded one lakh.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 1,107 people have been infected in the last 24 hours. At the same time, the total number of infected has reached 100,872. This is 46.49 percent of the total infected nationwide.
Of them, 488 have died and 87,692 have been cleared of infections.
Kathmandu district is the most infected in the valley. There are 81 thousand 588 people here so far. Of them, 71,591 have been infected and 316 have died. There are 9,681 people infected with the virus.
Similarly, the total number of infected people in Lalitpur is 11,948. Of them, 9,631 have been infected and 89 have died. Meanwhile, 2,228 are actively infected.
In Bhaktapur, 7,336 people have been infected so far. Of them, 6,470 have been infected and 83 have died. There are 783 infected people in Bhaktapur.
