Tara Air to begin regular flight to Ilam from February 23

Kathmandu: Two flights a week will be operated at Falgunanda Sukilumba Airport in Ilam from February 23. Tara Air, a sister company of Yeti Airlines, has stated that it will operate two flights a week.

Tara Air will start flying Sukilumba from Kathmandu every Sunday and Thursday at Sukilumba Airport 20 years after the construction process started.

With the completion of the runway blacktop test, the Nepal Tourism Board, Ilam Municipality and Tara Air have started joint flights at the airport twice a week.

The one-way fare for air travel has been fixed at Rs 9,000.
