Speaker decides not to take action against 14 UML-recommended MPs

Kathmandu: Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has decided not to prosecute the 14 CPN-UML lawmakers who were recommended by the party.

Speaker Sapkota has decided not to take action against the 14 candidates proposed by the UML, according to the Parliament Secretariat, because the Election Commission has notified him that a new party with 14 MPs has been created.

The UML has recommended action against the 14 legislators, according to the secretariat, and the CPN-Unified Socialist Party has already registered.
