Kathmandu: A total of 82 tourists including 73 foreigners and nine domestic tourists who were stranded due to bad weather were rescued by helicopter from Manang.
The stranded tourists were rescued by helicopter as the road was closed due to flood. Due to the incessant rain since last Tuesday, the tourists who were stranded due to adverse weather conditions in Manang were rescued.
Tourists reached the Himalayan region of Manang, Gorkha, Mustang and Upper Dolpa.
