Smart lockdown in Dang

Kathmandu: District Covid-19 Crisis Management Coordination Center of Dang has imposed ‘smart lockdown’ in Dang district citing the infection of corona virus is increasing.

A meeting of the District Covid-19 Crisis Management Coordination Center (DCCMC) chaired by Chief District Officer Hiralal Regmi on Thursday decided to implement smart lockdown from 12 noon tonight. This decision will apply until further notice.

It has been decided to open hotels, restaurants and party palaces in Dang only till 7 pm under Smart Lockdown. Also, gatherings of more than 25 people in public places have been prohibited. Also, it has been decided not to conduct any fair or festival on the occasion of Maghi festival.

Similarly, in Dang, people will be able to enter public places only if they have a vaccination card. Considering the risk of corona, it has been decided to apply the vaccine card when entering public places – offices, hotels, restaurants, cinema halls, stadiums, airports etc.
