Rulling party alliance failed to reach consensus for Vice President Nomination

Kathmandu: The meeting has been inconclusive after various parties claimed for the post of Vice President in the ruling coalition.

The meeting of the ruling coalition held at the Prime Minister’s residence, Baluwatar, failed to reach any consensus over vice president’s post.

After the meeting, Janamat Party has confirmed that the party will nominate Mamata Jha for the vice president while Janata Samajwadi Party is nominating Ramsahay Prasad Yadav and Pramila Yadav as candidates for the post.
