Kathmandu: A complaint has been lodged with the police against the captain of the national cricket team, Sandeep Lamichhane, on the charge of raping a minor.
On Tuesday, a complaint was filed by the victim at the Kathmandu police.
It has been said that the victim used to communicate with Lamichhane as a fan through Snapchat and on the basis of that, she invited him to meet her forcefully raped her.
Further investigation is underway.
