Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba’s visit to India postponed

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba’s visit to India has been postponed.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the visit of Prime Minister Deuba has been postponed for the time being.

The summit to be held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat next Tuesday was expected to be attended by the presidents or prime ministers of five countries as well as foreign ministers of 15 countries, industrialists, businessmen and bankers.

The Gujarat government has postponed the program citing the growing contagion of corona.

Prime Minister Deuba was scheduled to go directly to Gujarat from Kathmandu next Sunday. During the Gujarat Conference, Prime Minister Deuba was scheduled to meet his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi.
