Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is scheduled to pay a state visit to India next week.
This is Prime Minister Deuba’s first official visit to India since becoming the Prime Minister for the fifth time.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he is preparing to leave for India on April 1.
Prime Minister Deuba is going on a three-day official visit at the invitation of his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi.
Deuba will leave for India within a week of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi’s visit to Nepal. Earlier, Deuba’s visit to India was canceled.
