Prime Minister Deuba return from India visit

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba returned home on Sunday evening after a three-day visit to India.

Deuba, who left New Delhi for Varanasi at 9 am on Sunday, had laid the foundation stone of an old age home at the Lalitaghat, Pashupatinath temple premises in Varanasi.

Prime Minister Deuba left for New Delhi last Friday for an official visit to India.

On Saturday, Deuba had a meeting with his counterpart Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

During the meeting, Deuba proposed to the Indian Prime Minister Modi to move forward the solution of the border issue through the established mechanism of the two countries.

The Prime Ministers of both the countries jointly inaugurated the Janakpur-Jaynagar Railway Service and the Solu Corridor virtually.
