Kathmandu: The government has issued five different ordinances.
On the recommendation of the cabinet, President Bidhya Devi Bhandari issued five ordinances on Tuesday.
President Bhandari has issued ordinances amending some Acts against Sexual Violence, Ordinance amending some Acts related to Criminal Offenses and Criminal Procedure, Social Security (First Amendment) Ordinance.
Similarly, the Ordinance on Regulation of Acid and Other Hazardous Chemicals and the First Amendment Ordinance on Supervision and Coordination of Operations of Nepal Police and State Police have been issued, according to the Office of the President.
