Kathmandu: The police have arrested four people on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl from West Surkhet.
According to the police, all four of them are from same place and three of them are minors. Only one Mahendra Sarki is 18 year old while other 3 are minors.
The police have named the girl as ‘Birendranagar-28’ for investigation purposes. According to the District Police Office Surkhet, the preliminary investigation has revealed that the girl was raped by different people at different times on the same night.
According to the police, all the arrested boys have stated that they do not know each other though.
The police said that the girl is physically and mentally disturbed and she is under treatment at the moment.
