PM Oli seeks former PM Nepal’s help to save party unity

Kathmandu: Prime Minister and Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) KP Sharma Oli has said that the party has reached a critical juncture and has sought the help of former Prime Minister and senior party leader Madhav Kumar Nepal to help him.

Claiming that the party has reached a deplorable state so far, Oli said that such a situation should be addressed. The Prime Minister said that the party was in a very miserable condition.

Oli has asked Nepal’s support during the discussion took place in Baluwatar the day after five leaders of the secretariat, including executive chairman Prachanda, handed over a letter to Oli demanding a meeting. Leaders Bhim Rawal, Surendra Pandey, Raghuji Pantal and others also participated in the discussion.
