PM Oli ask Prachanda to follow rules

Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has urged Communist Party of Nepal Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda to abide by the law.

Stating that the Prachanda-Madhav faction of the CPN (Maoist) has been threatening the police administration and the Election Commission for breaking the rules, intimidation and disobeying the law, he remarked that now is the time to ‘obey the law’.

Oli remarked that Prachanda had threatened the court and the Election Commission that he was here. Oli alleged that the Prachanda Madhav group has caused grief to the people by calling a general strike and that they were watching the suffering of the people from cars and motorcycles. He satirized that the leaders themselves took to the streets instead of activists.

Prime Minister Oli has instructed the party cadres to go for the election in a manner that will bring a majority with high morale. Stating that some people who do not allow the party and the government to work should leave the party, Oli directed to move forward with the spirit of bringing a majority in the upcoming election.

Prime Minister Oli accused the Prachanda Madhav group of being the biggest opponent of the communist movement.
