Kathmandu: Citizens of Koshi province have protested against the government’s decision of naming the province ‘Koshi’.
There is a clash today in the demonstration in Biratnagar demanding that the name of the province should be kept on the basis of identity.
The Joint Struggle Committee protested at Biratnagar’s Mahendra Chowk demanding the renaming of Koshi Province.
A clash with the police took place when the demonstrator tried to enter the restricted area.
