Kathmandu: Passengers traveling from Nepal to Hong Kong now have to have covid-19 test only in a government lab.

Hong Kong has banned Nepal Airlines Corporation from flying for the third time after the infection was confirmed in a test conducted on a passenger who arrived in Hong Kong with a PCR negative report from Nepal.

Stating that millions of rupees have been lost from Hong Kong flights due to the ban, the Board of Directors of the Nepal Airlines Corporation has decided to recognize only the RT or PCR report of the government laboratories.

According to the national flag carrier, this condition will only apply to Hong Kong. In other destinations, the report of a private lab will also be valid.
