Kathmandu: Finally Pakistan and Sri Lanka decided to hold Asia cup this year.
The tournament was thrown into confusion when it was announced that India would not participate in the Asia Cup to be held in Pakistan.
The Asian Cricket Council has said that the Asia Cup is almost decided to held in Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
Out of the 13 matches of the tournament, around five matches will be held in Pakistan and the remaining matches will be held in Sri Lanka.
India will participate in the match to be held in Sri Lanka.
The ACC is preparing to make a formal announcement about the tournament anytime soon.
This year, Nepal is also on the ground for Asia Cup.
