Kathmandu: The Election Commission has issued seven points of instructions to political parties and candidates regarding the opening of contact offices for election campaign.
According to the instructions, candidates for the position of member of the House of Representatives can open a maximum of three contact offices in their constituency, covering the provincial constituencies.
Similarly, candidates for the post of provincial assembly member can open only one contact office for the election campaign.
