Kathmandu: While the ongoing dispute within the party continues, Prime Minister and Chairman KP Sharma Oli has reached Khumaltar to meet another Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda”. Oli has reached Prachanda’s residence for the first time after the dispute escalated.
Oli, who had one-hour discussion with Prachanda in Baluwatar yesterday evening, has reached Khumaltar to meet Prachanda this morning.
After the ordinance on the Constitutional Council was issued, the Prachanda faction reached the President’s residence Sheetal Niwas with the signature to convene a special general session of the parliament. However, both the parties withdrew from the Standing Committee meeting to withdraw the ordinance on the Constitutional Council and not to convene a special general convention.
Before the meeting, General Secretary Bishnu Poudel reached Prachanda’s residence in Khumaltar and held discussions.
