Kathmandu: Nepali Congress leader Prakashman Singh has reached to meet CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli in his residence Balkot
Singh, who was elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Kathmandu-1, reached Balkot at 5 pm on Sunday.
It has been said that the Oli congratulated Prakashman Singh during the meeting.
