Kathmandu: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has increased the price of petroleum products with effect from 12 am today.
The board of directors of the corporation has decided to increase the price as the price of petroleum products has gone up at a high rate in the international market and the arrears of fuel Indian Oil Corporation have reached Rs 20 billion.
The corporation has increased the price of petrol by Rs 8 per liter and diesel / kerosene by Rs 12 per liter. The prices of cooking LP gas and aviation fuel have remained the same.
With this, the price of petrol has reached Rs 178 per liter and diesel / kerosene Rs 165 per liter.
