Kathmandu: No Horn Campaign has started again in Kathmandu Valley.
Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office Ramshahpath has launched the campaign in coordination with Kathmandu Metropolitan City under the Community Police Partnership Program.
Metropolitan Mayor Balen Shah was invited as the chief guest in the event.
Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office Chief Deputy Inspector General of Police Meera Chaudhary and Kathmandu Metropolitan Chief Balen Shah inaugurated the program by pasting yellow stickers written No Horn on each other’s vehicles.
The horn is prohibited unless in case of any emergency.
