Kathmandu: Nepali women’s football team’s rank has dropped in the FIFA rankings.
In the new rankings released by the Fédération Internationale De Football Association (FIFA) on Friday, Nepal has dropped one place.
In the new ranking, Nepal is ranked 111. Earlier, Nepal was at the 100th position.
In the ranking of Asian countries, Nepal is at the 19th place and in the ranking of South Asian countries, Nepal is at the second place.
In the rankings released today, America remains at the top, while Germany is second and Sweden is third.
England is fourth, France fifth, Spain sixth and Canada seventh. Similarly, Brazil is eighth, Netherlands ninth and Australia tenth.
