Kathmandu: Nepal is all set to engage in a gripping Friendship Cup triangular T20 series with two prominent Indian domestic teams, Gujarat and Baroda. The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) officially declared the country’s participation in this exhilarating event.

The Friendship Cup triangular T20 series is a collaborative effort by the Gujarat Cricket Association and Baroda Cricket Association, and Nepal has graciously accepted the invitation to showcase its cricketing prowess in this highly anticipated tournament.

The tournament, scheduled to commence on March 31, promises an intense and competitive atmosphere as teams battle it out in a round-robin format. This structure ensures that each team faces every other participant in the series, adding an extra layer of excitement for cricket fans.

Nepal’s campaign in the Friendship Cup kicks off with a face-off against Gujarat on March 31, followed by a clash with Baroda on April 2. The team will then compete against Gujarat again on April 3 and conclude the series with a final encounter against Baroda on April 5.
