Nepal to host first-ever podcast festival

Kathmandu: A podcast festival will be organized for the first time in Nepal.

A festival called ‘All Years’ is going to be held on April 9 and 10 organized by Boju Bajai Podcast.

It is said that 10 sessions will run virtually on different dimensions of the podcast. There will be 13 speakers including Nepali and international podcasters.

“The purpose of the All Years Festival is to connect all those interested in podcasts with one another and with renowned creators of international podcasts,” the statement said.

The two-day festival will feature speakers from the popular American Podcast Radiolab’s Mali Webster, Philippine’s Puma Podcast’s Carl Javier, and Nepali Podcast’s Savina Karki.

The festival will also have two workshops on podcasts.
