Kathmandu: Nepali cement has started being exported to India.
The Palpa Cement Industry of West Nawalparasi has started exporting cement to India.
Three trucks of cement were sent to India through Sunauli on Friday.
The industry has exported Tansen brand PPC cement.
The government has committed 8 percent cash subsidy in cement export starting from upcoming fiscal year.
Cement industries including Jagdamba, Sarvottam, Saurya and Arghakhanchi are also preparing for export.
