Kathmandu: In the last 10 months, nearly 5 lakh foreign tourists have visited Nepal.
According to the Nepal Tourism Board, the highest number of tourists have entered since the start of the corona virus epidemic in the month of October.
According to the data of the board, 88,582 tourists came to Nepal in October while 58,314 tourists came to Nepal in the month of September.
Along with this, from January to October, a total of 473,563 tourists have visited Nepal.
Most of the tourists came from India and America in October. 16,910 tourists have come from India while 11,859 tourists from America have come to Nepal this month.
According to the board, 7,117 tourists from UK, 4,935 from Germany, 4,929 from France, 3,946 from Australia, 2,720 from Bangladesh came to Nepal in the month of October.
