Kathmandu: As the misunderstanding between the Prime Minister and CPN (Maoist) Chairman KP Sharma Oli and another Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has increased, Oli has sent the leaders close to him to Khumaltar on a daily basis. Standing committee member Pradip Gyawali, who is also the foreign minister close to Prime Minister Oli, reached Khumaltar on Friday. It has been said that Foreign Minister Gyawali suggested that the two chairmans should go together during the meeting with Prachanda.Prachanda has not gone to Baluwatar expressing dissatisfaction over the Karnali issue, cabinet reshuffle, meeting with RAW chief, Parsa incident and other issues.
Prime Minister Oli and Prachanda have not been able to meet since October 19. Prachanda did not want to go to Baluwatar even though Prime Minister Oli had called him since Tuesday. According to sources, Prachanda has replied that he will meet him only after 2-4 days. Earlier on Thursday, Lumbini Chief Minister Shankar Pokharel had met Prachanda.
Similarly, Finance Minister and party general secretary Bishnu Poudel and parliamentary party deputy leader Subash Nemwang had separate meetings with Prachanda on Wednesday.
