Kathmandu: The head coach of the Nepali national football team, Abdullah Almutairi, has resigned from his post.
Positing a status on Facebook today, Almutairi announced his resignation after five hundred and twenty-five days of holding office.
He has also stated that he has received happiness, love, sorrow and pain during his tenure.
Lately he was not in Nepal due to disputes between ANFA and players. Under Almutairi’s training, Nepal reached the finals of the SAFF Championship for the first time.
