Kathmandu: Martyrs’ Memorial ‘A’ Division League football has ended today.
Machhindra Club, which won the league title, remained undefeated. Out of 13 matches, Machhindra won 11 matches and drew 2 matches. In today’s final match, Machhindra defeated APF Club of the Armed Police Force 2-1.
Tribhuvan Army Club is second in the league. In today’s match, Manang drew 1-1 with Marsyangdi Club and Army secured the second position. Army added 23 points in 13 games.
League winner Machhindra club got Rs 7.5 million while the second place Tribhuvan Army Club got Rs 5 million.
