Kathmandu: Kathmandu Metropolitan City has prohibited open fires. The Metropolitan City has issued a notice on Friday and directed not to open fire and burn garbage.
Open burning fire has been prohibited due to the increasing air pollution and adverse impact on public health.
If anyone does such an act, action will be taken according to the Environment and Natural Resources Protection Act of Kathmandu Metropolitan City 2077.
