Kathmandu: Students and parents have staged a protest at the Jorpati School in Kathmandu accusing the warden of sexually abusing three girls.
Students and parents have accused Warden Ramji Basnet of sexually abusing 15-, 13- and 12-year-old girls about four months ago.
The situation became tense when the principal of the school and the students and parents had an argument on this issue on Saturday.
Basnet, who has been working as a teacher at the Sarbanam Sikshyalaya for 15 years, is now in charge of the hostel and students and parents have been outraged over the allegation of sexually abusing three girls under the age of 15.
The search for the accused warden Basnet is underway. Students and parents have been requested to file a complaint against him and now the process of registration of complaint has started.
