Kathmandu: The Government has registered the Education Act Amendment Bill in the Parliament.
In the bill registered by the Ministry of Education and Science and Technology in the House of Representatives, the government has proposed to cancel the Secondary Education Examination (SEE).
Earlier, although there was a legal provision to take the SEE from the province, the National Examination Board has been taking it, so in the new bill, it has been proposed to cancel the SEE from the federal education system.
Along with this the board will only conduct higher secondary examinations.
