Govt directs Nepali Embassy in Delhi to study Akhand Bharat map case

Kathmandu: The government has instructed the Nepali Embassy in Delhi to study case of the map related to Akhand Bharat and submit a report.

Lumbini, Kapilvastu and other Nepalese territories are also included in the map related to Akhand Bharat which is kept inside the new parliament building made by India.

After the publication of that map, India has been criticized in Nepal and the government has been under pressure to counter India.

During his visit to India, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda was criticized even in the Parliament for not seriously raising questions about that map.
