Govt agrees to provide additional Rs 178.7 million for oxygen plant and HDU

Kathmandu: The Ministry of Finance has agreed to set up oxygen plants in 13 hospitals and connect HDU (High Dependency Unit) at an additional cost of Rs 178.7 million.

Among the total amount, Rs 20 million for Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital, Rs 51.27 million for Karnali Institute of Health Sciences Jumla, Rs 15.5 million for Charikot Hospital, Rs 8 million for Jiri Hospital, Rs 7.5 million for Bajura Hospital and Rs 15.5 million for Bajhang Hospital has been allocated.

Similarly, Rs 8 million for Doti Hospital, Rs 7.5 million for Achham Hospital, Rs 7.5 million for Solukhumbu Hospital, Rs 7.5 million for Khotang Hospital, Rs 7.5 million for Taplejung Hospital, Rs 7.5 million for Surya Binayak Hospital and Rs 1.55 million for Madan Bhandari Hospital and Trauma Center has been allocates.
