Kathmandu: The government has urged not to travel abroad except for urgent work, keeping in mind the risk of the Omicron variant of the Covid-19.
Joint Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population Sameer Kumar Adhikari issued a statement on Wednesday urging people not to travel abroad except for urgent work.
Saying that Omicron variant has not been found in Nepal till now, the scope of necessary monitoring and testing has been widened to prevent this variant from entering the country.
