Kathmandu: Today in the domestic market, the price of gold has surged by Rs 2,900 per tola.
Fine gold is now being traded at Rs 113,000 per tola, compared to Rs 110,100 per tola on Friday. Likewise, the price of standard gold has risen to Rs 112,450 per tola from Rs 109,550 per tola yesterday.
In addition, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 45 per tola and is currently trading at Rs 1,390 per tola, up from Rs 1,345 per tola on Friday.
