Kathmandu: Free transportation is now available from the Golden Gate of Tribhuvan International Airport to the internal terminal building. Two microbuses of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal have been used for the purpose.
Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Ale arrived at the airport on Monday and inaugurated the service.
Minister Ale has also directed CAAN to arrange two more buses. Earlier, passengers from domestic flights had complained that taxis were charging exorbitant prices.
Minister Ale also asked to construct a structure for the convenience of passengers in front of the Golden Gate and the internal terminal building today. Minister Ale has instructed CAAN to make the structure suitable for passengers to park their vehicles.
