Foreign ministry urge concerned authorities to ease travel for Nepalis returning from Afghanistan

Kathmandu: The government has urged to guarantee peace, security and tranquility in Afghanistan.

In a press release issued on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs made public the government’s position on the latest developments in Afghanistan and urged it to guarantee peace, security and stability to the people.

Nepal has urged those who want to leave Afghanistan to use land and air routes and asked concerned authorities to ease Nepalis to cross the border.

A statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that as a SAARC member state, Nepal wants to see peace and stability in Afghanistan.
