Finance Ministry proposes to cut off govt’s fuel cost

Kathmandu: Finance Minister Janardan Sharma has said that the Ministry of Finance has proposed the cabinet to reduce the cost of petroleum fuel for government purposes.

Speaking at a press conference at the Ministry of Finance, Finance Minister Sharma said that he had proposed not to use government vehicles on public holidays to ease the crisis in the economy.

Finance Minister Sharma also said that it was also proposed to stop the import of expensive vehicles.

He said that the general public will also be encouraged to reduce the use of fuels.
