Election commission directs not to promote ‘Stick’ symbol for independent candidates

Kathmandu: The Election Commission has directed not to promote ‘stick’ as a sign of independent candidates.

The commission has also asked explanation from ‘Hamro Nepali Party’ for using ‘stick’ during their campaigns and other programs as their election symbol.
