Kathmandu: No domestic flights will be operated on election date that will be held on May 14.
Buddha Air has issued a travel alert stating that there will be no flights on this day. Meanwhile, Yeti Airlines has also confirmed that there will be no flights on that day.
All public transport will be closed on election day.
In the process, air transport will also be closed. However, international flights will be regular.
The Election Commission has written to the government to make arrangements for the operation of vehicles for the convenience of passengers going abroad on this day.
Private vehicles must obtain a pass from the district administration office. However, public transportations are not allowed to operate.
