Kathmandu – The district court in Kathmandu has ordered to release all 18 people arrested in the case of embezzlement of Lalita Niwas land in Baluwatar.
The bench of Judge Bholanath Dhakal ordered 17 people to be released on bail and one person on simple bail.
The court has ordered the accused Keshav Dulal to be released on bail, while the owner of Bhatbhateni Supermarket, Meen Bahadur Gurung, has demanded a bail of Rs 2.46 million.
