Kathmandu: The District Administration Office, Kathmandu has set a deadline of 9 pm to play Deusi Bhailo during Tihar festive. The Kathmandu administration has decided not to allow Deusi Bhailoafter 9 pm considering the corona infection.
The administration has issued a public notice urging people not to engage in activities affecting public transport and public life during the Deusi Bhalo program targeting the festival and not to sell or use flammable explosives such as firecrackers and fireworks. The Kathmandu administration has warned to take legal action if anyone found breaking the rules.
Similarly, the administration has warned not to make noise and fight in public places during the festival consuming alcohol.
