Kathmandu: District Administration Office (DAO), Kathmandu has implemented time card for service delivery.
DAO Kathmandu has applied time card in 10 types of services to be effective from Thursday.
According to the office, this rule has been implemented to organize the service delivery from the administration. The service will help citizens to get their urgent document as citizenship, passport including others.
30 minutes have been set aside for scheduling and giving dates for the case, and it is said that the Chief District Officer’s decision will be made within 60 days.
