Corona infection in another 2,624 people, 20 died

Kathmandu: Corona infections have been confirmed in 2,624 people in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 20 people have died and 1,320 have been infected in the last 24 hours due to corona infection.

So far, the number of people infected with the coronavirus in Nepal has reached 730,479. Out of which, 680,815 people have been infected and 10,259 people have died.

There are 39,405 active cases of coronavirus in the country. Out of which 36,002 are in home isolation and 3,403 are in institutional isolation. Of those in institutional isolation, 760 are being treated in intensive care units and 186 are being treated with ventilators.

In the last 24 hours, 795 people have been found infected in Kathmandu Valley. Of them, 535 have been confirmed in Kathmandu, 164 in Lalitpur, and 96 in Bhaktapur.
