Kathmandu: Corona virus infection has been confirmed in 2,299 people in the last 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the PCR test on 6,566 people confirmed the infection in 1,901 and 4,930 antigen tests confirmed coronavirus on 908 people.
At the same time, the total number of corona infections in Nepal has reached 642,961. The number of active infected people is 29,274.
In the last 24 hours, 3451 people have been recovered with the corona virus. Thirty-four people have died due to corona infection.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the highest number of corona infections has been reported in Kathmandu (316), Jhapa (86), Lalitpur (78), Sunsari (73), Kaski (64), Chitwan (53), Dhading (52), Nawalparasi East and Doti (39/39).
