Kathmandu: In the last 24 hours, an additional 2,295 people have been infected with the coronavirus. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the infection was confirmed in 1,902 from 11,892 PCR tests and 393 from 4,341 antigen tests.
In the last 24 hours, 1,808 people have been recovered from the coronavirus and 16 have died.
With the addition of Monday, the total number of corona infections in Nepal has reached 761,124. At the same time, the number of deaths in Nepal has reached 10,730 while 714,520 people have been recovered so far.
According to the ministry, there are currently 35,874 active infected people across the country. Out of which 33,333 are in home isolation and 2,541 are in institutional isolation.
