Kathmandu: Corona infection has been confirmed in 1,677 people in Nepal in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, corona infection was confirmed in 1,677 people out of 15,034 samples tested.
Today, the number of confirmed corona infections in Nepal has reached 857,895.
Similarly, in the last 24 hours, 2,072 people have been recovered from the infection and the number of those who have been recovered from the corona has reached 731,000.
The death toll from corona infection has risen to 10,879, including 21 in the same period.
At present, out of 33,303 actively infected people in Nepal, 514 are undergoing treatment in ICU and 154 in the ventilator.
Meanwhile, in the last 24 hours, 80,400 people have been vaccinated against the coronavirus.
